Wakey Wakey

This is my signature programme and the ultimate package for those ready to walk an awakening path.

In all awakening processes there is a need for consistent guidance and support along the way, to avoid us falling back to sleep. A hand to steady you, a guiding light to steer you, and when required, a loving nudge to help you reawaken and continue to move forward. All from someone who has walked the same path before you. This programme is therefore my offering as a Trainee Elder, for up to 9 people who are ready and humble enough to be guided, challenged, and Loved into their own awakening.

It is only suitable for those who are ready to get down and dirty and surrender to their own wisdom. It won’t always be pleasant staring at your truth and shadows in the face, but if you dare, it will bring riches that far surpass your ego’s fears, tantrums, and resistance.

I am inviting you to join me if you have already done some significant inner work on your healing and are now willing to dive deep and go low, to reach far, high and wide. You must ultimately be prepared to fall deeply and madly in Love with Life, and then perhaps hardest of all, to let Life Love you right back.

Group Sessions in 2025

All six half day gatherings will be in person and held on Saturdays in West Sussex.

The group sessions offer the opportunity to share what is emerging for you during this awakening process, and address any internal blocks still holding you back. The sessions may include processing certain individuals within the group as required. These group gatherings are intended to be both supportive and challenging in equal measure. They will certainly not always be comfortable.

Wakey Wakey includes:

• 6 x half day in person group processing gatherings led by me.

• 6 x 60 minute online 1:1 Elder mentoring sessions with me.

• Individual rituals and practices to support you along the way.

• Ongoing WhatsApp group connection and support (group led).

• A Wakey Wakey Buddy allocation as agreed with me.

  • 1:1 Online Sessions

    You will have 1 x 60-minute online mentoring session per month (6 in total). The intention is to support, guide and challenge you, building on your work in the groupwork sessions, and identifying core rituals and practices for you to focus on in between. The 1:1 sessions will be arranged at mutually convenient dates and times.

  • Ongoing Support

    You will be invited to set up/join a WhatsApp group, in order to remain connected throughout the six-month programme. This will allow you to continue to share, and lovingly shake each other awake a little more. I will also be pairing you up with someone else from the group to be your ‘Wakey Wakey Buddy’.

£4,750 (including VAT)

Instalments will be considered if you are in genuine need. Feel free to ask.

A £1000 non-refundable deposit will secure your place. All deposits are non refundable.

*Please be aware that no full or partial refunds will be offered if you miss any of the sessions (for any reason), or if you decide to withdraw before the end of the programme.
